We do more than home renos. If you’re a residential real estate investor, we can manage a residential property on your behalf. We can also manage your home if you’re planning to be away for a vacation, a sabbatical, or a longer duration.

Get greater peace of mind that the value of your home is being protected. We’re your one-stop contractor offering direct, hands-on experience with maintenance and repairs. We will:

  • respond swiftly if tenants report damage, concerns about a hazard or plumbing issues such as water leaks
  • inspect the home periodically to ensure it is well-maintained (e.g. roof, siding, doors, windows)
  • consult our trusted network of suppliers for major appliance repairs and replacements
  • exhibit or show residential rental units to prospective tenants
  • provide administrative support to manage paperwork (e.g. leases)
  • collect or accept rents and/or security deposits which are made payable to the owner
  • perform maintenance, repairs and renovations between tenants (e.g. wall repairs, painting, flooring, vents)

Note: As an unlicensed property manager, we cannot assume a position of authority nor convey that we have ultimate managerial responsibility of the property. For example, we cannot directly negotiate contracts or leases, nor can we approve rental applications or leases.

We can, however, serve as the go-between to supply applications and leases to prospective tenants and submit them to you, the property owner, for review and approval.
